Hello UPLIFT Teen Yoginis!
We are so excited to pick up where we left off!
Join us on Sunday evenings this Fall to take a breath, press pause, deepen our friendships, and further blossom from within. We will meet for 8 weeks with an ALL NEW set of 8 sessions for you. Get ready...this is going to transformative and soul replenishing.
We look forward to continuing your yoga journey alongside you!
